I’d been eyeing this pair of sneakers for a while and finally decided to start comparing prices. After checking a few different sites, I ended up finding them here for cheaper than the others, which was a nice surprise. The shipping wasn’t anything super fast or fancy, just normal, but the shoes showed up fine and I didn’t feel like I overpaid. Overall, it felt like one of those small wins where you get exactly what you wanted and save a little money too.

"Decent app, but I don’t fully trust the support side"
I’ve used the dtlr app a handful of times and it’s okay, but it definitely needs some work. It runs slow sometimes, pages don’t always load right, and checkout took me a couple tries before it finally went through. I did end up getting my order with no issues, so that was good. I just get nervous when apps act glitchy because I don’t really trust customer service to fix things quickly if something goes wrong. Overall it’s usable, but it could be a lot smoother.

I noticed right away the staff seemed to have a good system for helping people find sizes. They asked a couple quick questions, checked what I was looking for, and helped me get the right size without wasting time. Super easy experience.

"Rewards are decent, just a little slow sometimes"
I shop on dtlr.com often, mostly because the loyalty rewards are decent. I’ve earned points here and there and used a few discounts, which is nice, especially when I’m grabbing stuff for myself or my brother.
The only thing is the points can take a while to show up, and sometimes the rewards don’t feel all that exciting. It’s not a bad program at all, I just think it could be a little better and faster.

I had an issue with my order, and it was frustrating at first. Customer service did eventually get back to me and helped sort everything out, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, which made the whole experience feel a little hit or miss. Glad it got fixed in the end, but I do wish it had been smoother.

I stopped in to look for sneakers, the store was clean and easy to get around. Most things were where they should be and not all over the place, which I really appreciate because it just makes the whole experience better for everyone. It took me a little bit to find the right sizes, but overall it was a good visit.

I had to swap my sneakers for a bigger size, it was easy overall. It did take a few days for them to process the exchange, so not super fast, not super fast, but customer service got back to me when I had a question. The new pair showed up in good shape and fit much better. Timing could’ve been a little better, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.
